The food was okay—warm and relatively tasty—though it was clear that older portions were mixed with fresher ones. It seems like a decent spot for takeaways. I ate there as I was in a rush, but the place felt a bit dodgy and was uncomfortably cold due to the open front door. However, the lady who served me was very nice and friendly.
Overall, the quality was okay for the price.

I asked to buy a bottle of water to go to the bathroom, I was told yes but then I was denied saying there was none. All for almost £2 of bottled water. Terrible.

This ain’t the Ritz but it did provide generous portions at a cheap price. Service was efficient and friendly. The salt and pepper potatoes were the highlight. Filling and speedy meal. Can’t complain.

You can't look past the prices here. This is not gourmet food but you get a big portion and it's perfectly decent. The service was excellent.

Very bad costumer service from this lady. I came yesterday about 15:30 and she didn’t even bother to say hello or asked me If I needed anything. She was very busy with her phone and another college has to come and serve me. She was very busy with her phone not even bother to apologise.

Terrible customer service. The resturant smelt of urine. Staff were rude. I would never step foot in this branch again. Tottenham Court Road branch was nothing like this , I was exited to find out there was one closer to home but was hugely disappointed.

They send you an email with a voucher for a free small box for your birthday. When you go in store to claim it, they make dumb excuses like "you can't have it because the owner is not here". Clowns

Ordered the Katsu pumpkin. The pumpkin had been saturated by the sauce which was anything but Katsu, it tastes like the curry sauce from a fish and chip shop. Rice over cooked, pumpkin was soggy. Really disappointed.

This is a little hole in the wall - take out only I think, but the food is very good. It's not a big menu but portions are good and what they do, they do well. One of the better Chinese take-outs I've had in a while.

My Experience was a grated full one I was really impressed how the manager responded to me in avery relaxing way I feel like I was at home manager Sophia and the staff Megi they are very simpatico also the place where very. Had a lovely experience, after a long day at work, I popped in to grab some takeaway, the food was absolutely delicious with generous portions and fast efficient service, and the staff were extremely friendly and nice. Thank you Salman for your kindness and helpfulness! Will definitely come back.
